Mr. Sung-Hoon Kim was invited on August 28, 2015 as a guest speaker for a CLE seminar sponsored by the Korean Patent Attorneys Association (KPAA) titled “Strategic Considerations for Inter Partes Review (IPR) Institution”. During the seminar, Mr. Kim presented various tips for increasing the chance that IPR petitions could be instituted based on recent case law.
