Scott Daniels spoke at the 2014 AIPLA Conference in Philadelphia on May 14, 2014. He discussed the effect of the CAFC’s 2013 decision in Baxter v. Fresenius on inter partes review proceedings running in parallel with infringement actions. That decision is currently before the Supreme Court.
